FAQs

Who do you typically work with?

I specialize in working with high-achieving individuals—military personnel (including Special Forces), business executives, attorneys, medical professionals, and creatives navigating high-pressure environments. If performance, clarity, or confidence has started to shift, therapy can help you recalibrate and move forward with strength.

Do you take insurance?

I operate as a private-pay provider, which allows for maximum discretion, flexibility, and personalized care. However, I’m currently in the process of becoming credentialed with Tricare. I also provide superbills you can submit to your PPO insurance plan for potential reimbursement.

What can I expect in the first session?

The first session is a confidential conversation to understand your goals, history, and current challenges. We’ll identify what’s getting in the way and begin forming a plan that fits your life, your work, and your values.

Do you offer virtual or in-person therapy?

I offer telehealth services for clients in California, Washington, and Indiana. In-person appointments are available in Pasadena, CA.

Do you work with clients facing cognitive decline or caregiving stress?

Yes. I have advanced training in cognitive rehabilitation and Alzheimer’s/dementia support. I provide therapy for older adults facing cognitive changes and for caregivers or healthcare professionals managing burnout, grief, and complex emotions.
